What data do we collect?

Urgesurf collects the following data:

Personal identification information (Name, email address.)
For sign in with google we collect: Your name, e-mail address and some IDs and tokens that google send over with your authentication request.
Any settings/information you provide us within the app for the purposes of delivering the Urgesurf service

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Urgesurf with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

Register for Urgesurf through any method we officially provide.
Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide information throughout our service or via email.
Use or view our service via your browser's cookies.

How will we use your data?

Urgesurf collects your data so that we can:

Deliver the Urgesurf service you sign up for through our application.
Email you with special offers and feature notifications if you've given consent for us to do so.
For sign in with google we collect: We use the data provided by you from Google to let you authenticate with our service (name and email address).

Urgesurf will never share your data (including your Google data) with anyone without your express consent.

How do we store your data?

Urgesurf securely stores your data on our hosting solution. We use industry standard encryption for your sensitive data such as passwords, and your payment informtion is never stored with us, but with a trusted, reputable third party (Stripe payments).

Urgesurf will keep your user data until you notify us that you would like that data deleted.

Once you've given us a request for deletion, we will delete all your user data as soon as possible and notify you via email.

Marketing

Urgesurf would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies.

If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt out at a later date.

You have the right at any time to stop Urgesurf from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Our Company Group.
